Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Offering advanced specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults with anxiety and cooccurring disorders. We offer diagnosis and treatment for a broad range of mental health disorders. We are one of the few clinics in the greater Portland Metro area that accompanies our patients out of the office, into the situations and places they experience fear and avoidance. This results in a greater level of recovery and symptom reduction for seriously debilitating conditions such as Agoraphobia, Social Fear, simple phobias and OCD. For those who are experiencing one of these conditions, Systematic Desensitization, Exposure Therapy or Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP) are treatments available to help you recover wellness and resume a healthier life.

EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE
Not all therapies are equally effective. Evidence Based Practice (EBP) is a collection of treatments and protocol based on scientific evidence and that research has shown to be highly effective. The vast majority of treatments under this classification are CBT treatments. At our clinic only evidence based treatments are used and symptoms and treatment progress are monitored using objective measures. This can serve an important role in helping you maintain access to your insurance benefits for reimbursement of mental health claims over time.
Weekly Therapy
40-45 min sessions. Includes diagnosis.
EXPOSURE TREATMENT
Weekly sessions with therapist outside of office. Available for select clients after weekly therapy has begun.
